The property is located in a relaxing area alongside the public onsen, the downtown of Hakone Yumoto, and surrounded by nature. the hotel's atmosphere is quiet and serene. the rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, and come with feather pillows. the venue's proximity to Hakone Yumoto station is convenient.

Liked the fact that I chose this incredibly beautiful and impressive hotel. Consistently courteous and exceptional staff who were always there to help. The position of the property was marvellous, in the private dining area. Found a place called Karuta, set 4-6 minutes walking distance from the hotel, ate there a few times.

This was a great stay during our visit. The most important was the staff - exceptionally nice and consistently courteous people. We were in a good location around 10-15 minutes walk from Kappa Tengoku. There was a very nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner in the hotel.

The private Onsen looking out to the mountains was amazing. My partner and I enjoyed a romantic and relaxing soak while taking in the breathtaking view. The facilities and room were beautiful and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. I had an exceptional stay at Balinese Onsen Ryokan Hakone Airu and would highly recommend it to others.
